"Ciphertextcinema" was created by myself and one other classmate as our final year project. It is a game based on the Enigma machines used during World War 2 to decipher coded messges. Here film titles and a quote from that film are encoded using a radom code generator. The user must decipher the code within the time given.

During the installation of our masters project, we had three computers with webcams set up under a flat screen TV. The people at each PC were able to compete against each other in the game by playing the multiplayer version. At the end a photo was taken. These photos were then used in the "Wall of fame" which was displayed on the TV.

It proved a very popular game at the Installation!
